HelloMD is the largest online medical cannabis community of doctors, brands, and patients. Clients use our platform to connect with practitioners and obtain medical recommendations over live video (Telehealth); gain access to thousands of products; and learn about cannabis. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Administrator to join our team.
Providing exceptional support to clients via live chat, voice, and video
Actively engaging with HelloMD community members our our site
Printing of medical marijuana cards, mailings, and other administrative tasks
Troubleshooting technical issues for clients
Have excellent general computing skills
Be friendly and pleasant with clients; genuinely enjoy helping people
Have a can-do attitude and be willing to wear several hats
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities
A minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience
5 days a week, 11am-7pm (includes weekend); 2 consecutive days off
