Who are we? We are a premium Cannabis fashion brand that designs, manufactures, and sells apparel for the modern cannabis user. This role is for our B2B sector which provides customized Official Leaf apparel and products for cannabis dispensaries. We are one of the fastest growing and most respected cannabis fashion brands in this market. What will you do? Unleash your inner designer by helping Cannabis dispensaries achieve a professional, welcoming, and aesthetically pleasing experience for their consumers through customized Official Leaf products. In this role you will guide purchasing managers every step of the way when choosing the best apparel products for their dispensaries. You will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business via cold-calling, in-store presentations, and participation in industry trade shows and networking events.You would be working for an established company with a unique product line and a well-known brand. You will also receive extensive support from our account management and marketing teams, ensuring you have all the tools you need to close sales and build a successful career in the cannabis/fashion industry.


  • Prospect new accounts using WeedMaps, social media, and other online tools
  • Set up meetings with dispensary purchasing managers via cold-calling, email, and social media outreach
  • Visit dispensaries on a daily basis to demonstrate samples, understand customer pain points and desires, and make sales presentations
  • Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate prospects on what products will best fit their needs
  • Follow-up with prospective accounts via phone, email and SMS to stay top of mind and close new business
  • Collaborate with our account management team to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for new clients
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge on our full product catalog as well as the latest trends in the cannabis/fashion industry
  • Work with the marketing team to develop new sales material and refine messaging
  • Relay feedback from customers to the marketing, product and account management teams on a regular basis
  • Maintain customer databases and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum one year of experience in a field sales position preferred but not necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a valid California driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, insurance, and a clean driving and criminal record (this position will require extensive travel)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient technical skills including use of MS Office and Google Drive
